Last spring, the HyFlex teaching modality was approved for use at EIU. To support faculty in exploring this new approach, the FDIC is offering introductory training sessions focused on the technology used in HyFlex classrooms.

Participants will learn how to set up and operate key components of a HyFlex classroom, including video conferencing hardware (such as the OWL camera) and software (such as Zoom).

These sessions are open to all faculty—whether you plan to teach in the HyFlex modality soon or are simply curious about the technology involved.
