Building Belonging Inside Out - Staff Session
dr. aretha marbley of Texas Tech University will lead faculty and staff through an exploration of how to effectively build, curate, and empower student belonging both inside and outside the classroom. Each session focuses on fostering an inclusive and equitable campus environment where all students can thrive. Separate sessions tailored to faculty and staff will provide targeted insights and practical tools for cultivating belonging in different campus contexts.
Participants are invited to join dr. marbley and others for a casual, self-sponsored lunch at South Quad Dining at 12p.
